I make Bespoke | Unique | Handmade shower caps. The lining is not plastic and they are machine washable. They are highly water resistant, and though not 100% waterproof, they resist water absorption for a long time. I do make a plastic liner for kiddies & people who like to put their head directly under the shower stream, but these are few and far between, which in turn makes me feel better about using less plastic. 90% of my customers choose the non plastic lining.
